Located next to the Hutchinson Animal Shelter, just off K61 Highway and just north of Carey Park. Pets must be current on shots and have a valid dog tag from place of residence. Fenced in, separate area for large more active dogs and smaller dogs that may be a bit more shy. Water feature, landscaped, covered gazebo, benches, water available, opened in June 2008. Dog Park in Lawrence, Kansas right beside a lovely lake. It's always packed and the city is planning to put up a pavillion so owners can enjoy lunch, reading, etc while man's best friend plays.
Leawood
Pig & Finch is a modern gastropub, where the bar serves a selection of microbrews and imports, and the kitchen crafts everything from pub burgers to foie gras and saison beer-broth mussels. Dogs are welcome on the patio.

Have you heard about the legend of the Blue Moose? The legend of the Blue Moose started over 10 years ago in the neighborly confines of Prairie Village, Kansas. Stories of this tall, darkish blue beast with huge antlers quickly spread throughout the area. Grandparents told their grandchildren tales of the elusive and mysterious Blue Moose, most claiming to have personally seen him off in the distance on a cold and foggy night.
Dogs welcome to see if they can spot the Blue Moose from the patio, serving great beer, shrimp, wantons and more.

We are the first dog friendly restaurant in the state of Kansas! We serve both breakfast and lunch anytime daily from 5:30 am to 2:30 pm to both humans and their dogs.
