Ocean Beach "dog beach" just North of the pie

Various locations, see above,
San Diego, CA
I have to say, San Diego is one of the most "dog-friendly" places I know of. There are several beaches, including Coronado, Del Mar and Ocean Beach where dogs can run free. My dog LOVES it!! There are also several parks throughout the city/county where dogs are allowed to run around leash-free. This gives our dogs some "quality time" with others of their species and gives the Mommy's and Daddy's some time to chat with others and get some good tips or exchange Vets names.

At Sally's they have an outdoor table section where dogs are allowed. As long as the dogs stay near the grass, everything is great. The managers are very kind and love dogs. They provide water and dog biscuits. Nice, huh
